Bad! Unprofessional staff. Asks for more money when you book it online. Been there, they denied my online booking and asked to book directly and pay higher amount. When I was at the reception, there came one more guest who was already staying there he was complaining about the geyser not working. The receptionist replied very rudely to him "Main kya karu, kharab ho gaya toh, kharab toh hota hi reta hai saman".

Only photos looks good, hotel is third class. They will provide you third class room and say we are not accepting low tarrif booking, we have removed sofa. Hygiene is worst. Don't book this room/hotel from agoda or direct. With photos it looks awesome but in reality it is not 100 rs room.

I recently booked this hotel through OYO, but upon my arrival, I was surprised to find that the hotel staff had allocated two rooms instead of one. They were also asking for an extra money for another room, even though I had already booked one room through the app. The staff good and their customer service was very poor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Enjoyed 3 days stay at this hotel Lalita Madam came with free welcome drink... Awesome... after check in formality she took a luggage bags and handed over room no 131 for us. All hotel staff was very polite and good behavior.. we are happiest guest of this hotel 100% recommended by us...

Worst ever I have experienced. They are worried for big customers who hire banquet halls. The first night was sleepless as stray dog and play with loud over tin room adjacent used to store banquet items. 2nd night was again sleepless as after the celebration of functions birthday the staff remain busy in restoring utensils and other with high pitch of sound talking etc.
